If, despite your best efforts, your freezer packed with icy frozen vegetables, freezer-burnt meat, smelly fish, random leftovers and several UFOs (unidentified frozen objects), you’ll love Justine’s Fab Freezing class.

Perfect for people who want to save money, reduce waste and learn how to prepare ahead, this demonstration takes place in the Test kitchen and will cover everything from how to defrost a freezer properly to preparing food for the freezer and clever techniques for saving space.

Justine will also be cooking up a selection of delicious freezer-friendly recipes for you to try and give plenty of tips.

Recipes include:

Freeze-ahead Beef Lasagne
Chicken Curry for a Crowd
Proper Yorkshire Puddings
The Crunchiest Roast Potatoes
Raspberry and almond tart

You will be welcomed with tea or coffee and home-made biscuits before settling down to watch the demonstration.

There are a maximum of 10 guests invited to join this course, so you will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and sample all the food. At the end of the day, you will be given a free, bespoke recipe pack containing all the tips and information you need to recreate the dishes at home.
